Shipping methods
A Baby Celebration ships using UPS ground service.  At this time we can not accept or deliver orders outside the continental United States. Each basket will be carefully wrapped and shipped separately.

Sales tax
North Carolina residents will be charged North Carolina sales tax.

Substitutions
A Baby Celebration does its best to update all photos and descriptions of our gift baskets.  In the unlikely event that an item to be included in a gift basket or the basket its self is out of stock we reserve the right to substitute the item or basket with one of equal or greater value.  Colors may vary due to differences in computer displays.

Return Policy
A Baby Celebration will accept returns for store credit of any product within 10 business days of receiving the product providing the returned package is contained within the original packaging and all items included with the original package are unopened and in new condition.  Individual items will not be accepted as a return - A Baby Celebration will only provide credit for full gift baskets and all included items.

Privacy policy
We here at A Baby Celebration shop on the internet just like you and understand fully how important your privacy is to you.  A Baby Celebration will not sell, distribute, barter, transfer, or share any customer information collected via our online store with any third party, ever, at any time.

Notice
A Baby Celebration may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to A Baby Celebration.

Typographical Errors
In the event that an A Baby Celebration product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, A Baby Celebration reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. A Baby Celebration reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, A Baby Celebration shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by A Baby Celebration without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
